Each year, the eLearning Journal presents awards to projects involving innovative and trendsetting e-learning scenarios, with a panel of experts judging various categories. SEW-EURODRIVE’s "Learn learning" project won the "Personal Learning Environment" category. The intention is to address employees personally and encourage them to consider questions such as "How do I myself learn?" and "What does learning mean to me, but also to SEW-EURODRIVE as a company?"
The ultimate aim is to create an understanding of learning as such and take a close look at employees’ own learning habits. This provides them with various ways of dealing with constant change and making the necessary adjustments. The award was shared with e-learning project partner CREATE.21st century.
