I agree to receiving information from SEW-EURODRIVE via e-mail about products and services as described below. Such information may be sent to me and my company irregularly by SEW-EURODRIVE employees as mass e-mails in order to provide the best service possible.

My consent covers addressing me for promotional purposes on the following subjects:
Products and solutions
Drive technology from SEW-EURODRIVE and SEW-EURODRIVE Group's subsidiaries listed under item III. including gear units, gearmotors, frequency inverters, their accessories such as software and lubricants, as well as system solutions and the like.
Services
Comprehensive services from SEW-EURODRIVE and SEW-EURODRIVE Group's subsidiaries listed under item III. along the entire value creation chain in the area of drive technology, from engineering and selection to startup, maintenance and the like.
Industry information and invitations to events
Current developments in the SEW-EURODRIVE and SEW-EURODRIVE Group's subsidiaries and those relating to industry sectors employing drive technology (such as the automotive, food, beverage, and logistics industries, for example) as well as invitations to and information about events, such as seminars, training courses, customer events, trade fairs, and the like.
Career opportunities and personnel topics
Information about careers at SEW-EURODRIVE, such as job openings, career events, etc.
3. Collected data
This declaration of consent relates to data that I myself have disclosed to SEW-EURODRIVE or provided on the website. This data comprises the following:
Personal information
Title, first name, last name, e-mail address, country, company and similar information.
Voluntary and/or publicly accessible information about the company
Company size, industrial sector and similar.
Data on the interaction
Ordered products and services, content of customer inquiries, downloads of white papers and software, share of e-mails opened with further interactions and similar data.
Furthermore, I agree to allow my data to be updated and supplemented. For this purpose, SEW-EURODRIVE may gather data about me from publicly accessible sources and append it to the data already acquired. This newly gathered data may be used along with the data already acquired by SEW-EURODRIVE to send me promotional materials about the topics listed above.
4. Further use of data for promotional purposes
Furthermore, I agree to the use of the information, either required or voluntary, gathered in my interactions with SEW-EURODRIVE, e.g. via contact forms, registering for protected areas of the SEW-EURODRIVE website, and conversations at trade fairs, as well as information on those interactions to build a profile and to send me promotional materials about the topics listed above. Additionally, I consent to the use of statistical methods to analyze my data (both required and voluntary) for advertising purposes such as creation of target groups (scoring).

For this purpose, SEW-EURODRIVE may gather data about me from publicly accessible sources and append it to the data already acquired. 5. Forwarding of your contact information to subsidiaries
If your business is registered at an address outside of Finland, then a subsidiary of SEW-EURODRIVE Group's is responsible for handling your information, which may contact me. I consent to SEW-EURODRIVE transmitting my e-mail address and my interest in products and services to the SEW-EURODRIVE subsidiary responsible for the registered address of my business. That foreign subsidiary may use my personal data to send me more information about the products and services of the SEW-EURODRIVE listed above (item 2). The foreign subsidiary may ask you for further declarations of consent.
II. Notes on the right of withdrawal
Any affected person who has issued this declaration of consent has the right to withdraw their consent at any time. Data processing performed before the time of the withdrawal is not affected. After withdrawal, you will receive no further promotional information via e-mail and no analysis as described under item I, point 4, will be performed.
