Our assembly plant in Hollola delivers SEW-EURODRIVE drive systems according to our assembly program.

We utilize a digital assembly process throughout all production stages – from motor and gear unit assembly to packaging. Our new painting system is designed for surface treatments in demanding environments.

Resources

The Drice Technology Center employs 20 professionals working in motor and gear unit assembly, final testing, and dispatch operations. We also utilize AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) technology in our assembly process.

Our 24/7 service includes fast delivery of assembled units and spare parts, as well as technical support. In unexpected breakdown situations, a new drive unit can be delivered to the customer within just a few hours.

Drive Technology Center investment

We increased the capacity of our assembly plant by adding more workstations and optimizing the placement of components. In addition, we enhanced internal logistics with a new AGV station.

We are committed to improving workflow efficiency and occupational safety through various measures.

Our new painting system is designed for surface treatments in demanding conditions. Our offering includes SEW standard, OS1, and OS2 surface treatments.

We have expanded our assembly program and increased the share of locally assembled SEW drive units. This enables even faster deliveries to our customers.
