At our Service Centers in Hollola and Tornio, we also repair and maintain gear motors and industrial gear units from other manufacturers, as well as SEW-EURODRIVE frequency inverters and servo drives.

Our service operations are supported by the SEW-EURODRIVE Group’s production facility located in Karkkila. It specializes in the design and manufacturing of large industrial gear units.

In Tornio, we also repair and maintain industrial gear units and gear motors from other manufacturers. In addition, we offer a comprehensive range of field service solutions.

We expanded our existing service center by constructing additional heated space, which now houses the incoming goods reception, storage, and dispatch area. At the same time, we introduced a new washing station for incoming gear units.

As part of the investment, we also updated the layout of our Service Center and added five new workstations dedicated to servicing large and medium-sized gear units.

Our new chamber washing machine ensures high-quality cleaning results, efficiently removing contaminants from gear units in an energy-efficient manner.

A dedicated grinding area reduces work-related risks associated with metal grinding. To ensure safe working conditions for our employees, we also invested in a new cleaning station.

For cleaning small parts and components, the service center is equipped with an energy-efficient ultrasonic cleaning machine. This water-based process effectively removes particles and soluble contaminants from components.
